Returns
We accept returns on most items within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Gift Cards
- Digital products or downloads
- Clearance or final sale items

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 30 days of receipt. If you need an exchange, email us first so we can confirm availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@senditcommand.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.
