1. Made Just for You

Made just for you, not the landfill. We print every item when you order it — not before. This helps eliminate waste and keep our drops tight, clean, and low B.S. Thanks for backing the mission.

Because our products are made to order, production typically begins within 24–48 hours of purchase and most takes 2–7 business days to complete before shipping.

2. Shipping Times

Once your order is produced, standard shipping times apply:

• U.S. orders: 3–8 business days

• International orders: 7–21 business days (varies by location and customs processing)

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, due to carrier delays, or for reasons outside our control.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight/size of your order. Free shipping may be offered as part of a promotion.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

5. International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather events, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@senditcommand.com so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

7. Changes & Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of purchase.
